Northernaire Reservation Policies and Rules

• Dock Space: Dock space is limited at the resort and is done on a rental basis; please make sure to reserve your dock space for your stay if needed. Dock space is not guaranteed with room.
• Our cancellation policy is that if cancellation occurs greater than 30 days of your arrival date a $50 processing fee will be withheld; within 30 days of your arrival the entire deposit will be forfeited.
• Northernaire Resort is a SMOKE-FREE and PET-FREE resort, excluding privately owned units.
• A 1 night deposit for 5 night stays or less, 2 night deposit for 6 or more, must be paid at time of reservation unless otherwise arranged with management.
• Your unit will have provided basic toiletries as well as 2 sets of towels per person. Additional towels are provided on a exchange basis. NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING IS PROVIDED; we will come to pick up garbage every other day during peak times and for extended stays.
• Housekeeping services are available at an additional charge.
• Check-in time is 3 pm; Check out time is 10 am. Late check-outs must be authorized by the management prior to check-out time.
• No grills are allowed in the building or on the balconies. All grills must be 10' from building when in use, and they must be gas grills. NO CHARCOAL GRILLS ARE ALLOWED.
• All guests must abide by the bylaws of the Northernaire Condo Association that are posted in the rooms.
• No Fireworks of any kind, including sparklers, are allowed on the Northernaire Property.
• There is no refund for early departure for any reason.
• I understand that a valid credit card will be pre-authorized to cover any charges or damages done to the unit or common areas by myself, people in my rental unit, or guests.
• All units are non smoking; a $500 cleaning charge will be added to your bill if you smoke in your unit.
• I understand that I am liable for any and all damages to my unit. Repairs will be billed at $26 per hour plus any replacement items. Additional cleaning will be billed at $19 per hour for any cleaning deemed beyond normal usage by the management.
• This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents, injury and loss of money or valuables of any kind.
• Use of Northernaire’s facilities and grounds is done at your own risk
• Resort quiet hours are from 11 pm to 9 am, please be respectful of other guests
• Bikes and other recreational equipment are not allowed in the building
• Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult when using the pool areas. All users must follow posted rules
• Children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult when using the exercise equipment.
• Bicycles, rollerblades, skateboards or other similar equipment are prohibited on the tennis, volleyball, or basketball courts.
• Reasonable supervision by parents or guardians must be exercised at all times when children are playing on the Northernaire Resort Property. Please pay special attention to children playing by the lakefront, retention ponds, or high traffic areas.
